Honestly, there isn't one. But here's what owners ask.
What's the real rate, all in?
2.5% flat in the US, 2.25% in Canada. No per-swipe fee, no monthly fee, same rate online. The number you see is the number you pay.
How are you cheaper than everyone else?
Most software runs your payments through a middleman that keeps a cut of every sale. Ours is built in, so there's no extra layer taking a slice. That's the whole trick.
What does "built into the AI" actually mean?
Your payments share a brain with your booking, clients, and marketing. So the system can require a deposit from a no-show risk, rebook and charge a card on file at the right moment, reconcile every charge to the appointment, and recover a failed payment on its own. A standalone processor can't see any of that.
Are there monthly or hidden fees?
No. Processing is part of your Aesthetika subscription. You pay the flat percentage on what you run, and that's it.
Can I make my clients cover the fee?
Yep, where it's legally allowed. Flip on surcharging and the card fee goes on their bill instead of yours. In Canada it's capped on credit and not allowed on Interac debit, and in the US it depends on your state.
Is it safe?
Yes. It's PCI-compliant with fraud and chargeback protection, and we never store card numbers.
I'm in Canada — does that change anything?
It helps. There's a federal small-business discount on card fees that most processors quietly keep. If you qualify, you can switch to a plan that passes it straight through, so when card fees drop, your rate drops too. Whether you qualify is set by Visa and Mastercard, based on your prior-year card volume.
